Meetings and Related Events
The E9 Ministerial Meeting will have two segments: Senior officials meeting on 5 and 6 February and the ministerial meeting on 7 February 2017.
The meeting will be held daily from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14:30 to 17:30. The formal opening ceremony will take place in the morning of 5 February at the presence of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh and the Director-General of UNESCO. An exhibition will take place in the hotel lobby from 5 to 7 February. E-9 countries are encouraged to display their respective country’s education related publications, brochure, leaflets, posters, etc. E-9 member states are requested to reserve their booth free of charge (one booth per member state) latest by 20 January 2017 by sending an email to the National Focal Person (contact details are provided above).
The working language will be English. Interpretation facility for other languages such as Arabic, Chinese and Spanish will be provided but subject to confirmation of the language requirement of participants.

Participants are advised to bring along their laptops for working on and consulting relevant documents at the meeting.
On-site Registration and Information Desk
Registration and information desk will be set up at the Radisson Blue Water Garden Hotel between 08:00 and 20:00 from 05 to 07 February 2017. During the afternoon of 04 February, registration will also be possible at the same venue.
Badges will be provided to the participants, delegates and observers at the registration desk at the Radisson Blue Water Garden Hotel. Participants must wear the badges at all times when entering the conference venue.
A space will be made available as a lounge for the participants during the meeting. A number of computers with internet access and printing facilities will be provided. The technical staff will be on site to assist participants.
Free Wi-Fi connection is available at the meeting venue. The log-in information will be provided upon arrival of participants.
During the meeting, a continuous refreshment/coffee service will be made available at the conference venue near the conference room and lunch will be offered within the conference venue at no cost.
